The Real-Estate Deal

CCC#28

“Oh, Ian this house is perfect, don’t you think?” Meg asked

“Well it will need a lot of work to get it ship-shape but there’s so much character here.  I can only imagine all the memories that the walls hold.”

“The stable has four stalls so we could get a few horses if we want, further down the road.”

“For sure Meg, but first we have to put an offer on this place.”

“I say let’s do it.”

Meg and Ian put a fair offer in on the homestead and then waited to hear back from their real-estate gal.

The couple was ecstatic as the sellers accepted their first offer right away and they could move in, in a few months. This was going to be perfect for the couple as they were to be married in one month.

Life was wonderful.

  1. Love it, Susan. And your couple would have been even more enchanted if they’d seen the attached house. But, away from the road the Google Map’s roaming camera, I felt it intrusive to post it here.
