Each week Denise over at Girlie On The Edge challenges us to write a six sentence story or poem.
Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.

Link is live Wednesday through Saturday night late!
Spread the word and put in a good one to your fellow writers 😀
PROMPT WORD: RANDOM
I’ve not been writing very much as of late and my writer’s block is very bothersome. My six sentence story/acrostic poem seems a bit silly to me but I have to start somewhere right?
Right or wrong, you can sing it in a song
Any time of day or night, sing with delight
New lyrics are fun to write to a special song you like
D can sound like a major or often as a minor
Open your heart sing whether you’re happy or sad
Make someone’s day, make them smile today
This reminds me of a song from years ago called, Sing, Sing a Song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2VZkk7wbVg
Thanks for the reminder with your acrostic SSS!

I agree, music and a simple sang song can brighten a person’s day. Though I can’t hold a tune, I sing along to music especially when I like the song. As to making new words… done that since my kids were young
Highly random

Having a hard time lately clicking on like and leaving comments. Just to let you know I’ve been around. Not as much as I normally am but …

It’s ok. When you do it’s appreciated, but for all of us, these are not the best of times
